Hotel Ho Merida

Mosquito problem in the room made it uncomfortable.

Location very close to the main square and lots of great food and the centre and Merida. Excellent service, very very helpful and attentive staff during stay.

The check-in process was frustrating as they refused to accept US dollars, leading to unforeseen charges. My room had significant street noise that disrupted my sleep, especially in the early morning. On top of that, amenities like towels were insufficient for the number of guests.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel located close to a well-stocked bakery, main square, restaurants and shops, and ADO bus station. Excellent favourable location, so close to the centre which was exactly what we wanted. Besides, excellent for visiting Plaza de la Independencia. Nice building and rooms with 1 bed.

Solo traveler Beware

The location is nice! A 2 min walk to the cathedral square. The hotel is pretty quiet at night despite being on a busy road. I had a nice time enjoying the small pool after a day of exploring, it really helped me cool off.

great ambience but noisy surroundings

The staff was genuinely friendly! The location near historic sites and vibrant restaurants created a lively atmosphere. The garden view was beautiful.

The noise from the street sometimes disrupted our comfort.

The check-in was a disaster, as they refused to accept US dollars, so surprise, surprise, my $88 stay ballooned to $107! I almost thought of writing a glowing review until i realized the pool was so tiny you couldn't really swim. Just what i needed, right? So disappointing.

Just an appropriate option for a momentary pause in Merida with high value for money. The staff was friendly and available, which helped make my stay smoother.

A Great Family Stay with Nice Moments

Our family enjoyed a pleasant 3-night stay. The twin room was cozy, and the nearby restaurant offered good breakfasts. Despite a few minor issues with staff assistance, we loved the overall atmosphere. Pro tip, Try to ask for room suggestions before arriving for a smoother check-in.

The building is lovely and in a great location, just a short walk from ADO. The staff is super friendly. Although the room is smaller than expected, the air conditioning works well, and there's drinking water available. It was also nice to have a cozy atmosphere nearby the vibrant sites.

We really enjoyed staying in the deluxe double room with one bed. the location was top-notch, right in the heart of everything. It was super convenient being close to the main plaza and city center 😊.

The hotel's staff were very helpful and attentive. The complimentary wake-up service and ironing were a great addition. The restaurant was particularly enjoyable for breakfast. The hotel's 4-star rating was truly deserved.

Our deluxe queen room was spacious and nicely decorated with a comfy queen-size bed 🛏️. the location was not just good, but also breathtakingly beautiful, as we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit.
